Gladiator Challenge: Tribal War
(KKO) - On Sunday, November 13th, Eagle Mountain Casino presents Gladiator Challenge: TRIBAL WAR. Gladiator Challenge is simply the best in mixed martial arts, and Eagle Mountain Casino in Porterville is its home in central California. This fight card features 18 no holds barred matches, including 3 exciting main event bouts. In what promises to be the fight of the year, #1 Middleweight contender Dustin 'the Rooster' Arden fights Jaime 'El Cucui' Jara for the vacant World Middleweight Title.
The Rooster is undefeated in Gladiator Challenge, and has made his way to title contention through fight after fight of non-stop action. Jara is Gladiator Challenge's most decorated warrior, winning the Heavyweight tournament belt and the Light Heavyweight World Championship. After a 10 month layoff, Jara returns with aspirations of becoming the first triple crown title holder in Gladiator Challenge.
Come see mixed martial arts' most exciting fighter take on Gladiator Challenge's most decorated warrior in a historic battle. Also in main event action, STACT House super lightweight Brian Granados matches up against Bakersfield Combat Club's undefeated Jason Canaday. Both fighters are used to competing at heavier weight classes and hope to show their true skills against opponents their own size. Canaday holds a win over STACT House coach Sam Rangle, and Granados is looking to avenge Rangle's loss. A win for either of these fighters puts them one step away from a shot at world title holder Del Hawkins. Finally, in a heavyweight bout, Tribal Chief Neil Peyron faces off with Jacob Goodwin.
This is a rematch a year in the making where Peyron won their previous match by decision. Goodwin returns hungry for a win and in better shape than ever. Gates open at 1:30, fights start at 3:00pm on Sunday, November 13th at Eagle Mountain Casino in Porterville. For tickets, call Eagle Mountain Casino at (559)788-6220. |
