/KKO/ - Alan Goldberg has served on the Board of Directors for the Martial Arts History Museum since 2004. In 1990, Alan became the founder and publisher of a nationally distributed magazine focusing on martial arts information and history. It is the second most distributed magazine in America today. With a degree in Business Administration,

Alan began ownership of the A&R Novelty Corporation in 1973 to current, where he continually works with a variety of fundraising groups and hosting non-profit activities. Through research and development, Alan was able to market out the competition from 31 novelty firms to just two. Alan also serves as the CEO of the Harval Equity Corporation which handles property ownership rentals.

From 2000 to current, he created and directs the largest martial arts convention in the world – the Action Martial Arts Mega Weekend held at the Tropicana Casino in Atlantic City. The convention boasts a host of seminars, workshops, dinner ceremony and tournament. In 2005, he was asked and became the president of Excelsior Wood Floors Corporation.

Alan has become an avid participant in advancing the reach of the Martial Arts History Museum by opening the doors of communication through his publication, fundraising activities and promoting Museum events.
