The Martial Arts History Museum began its journey in 1999 with a timeline to move-into a permanent facility in five years. This event is coming true. Our timeline also called for a grand opening in 2006, this also seems to be happening. This is a process that we did not want to rush. We wanted to make sure the museum was an idea that was going to work. Well, we are so glad it is.
However, the Martial Arts History Museum will need a lot of help, your help. The Museum will ensure our past will not be forgotten and our history preserved. That is why the Museum is pleased to announce our AMBASSADORSHIP PROGRAM. We need people to be a major part of the Museum and people to speak on its behalf. We need the support of the community and we are asking you to consider being a major part of the first Martial Arts Museum in America.
The following is an outline of becoming a Museum Ambassador. (Please note: The Museum is a Non-Profit Organization and all memberships, donations, etc. are part of the Museum funding and is tax-deductible). All Ambassadorships, assistants, juniors, etc. are all voluntary:
